Damdochax River lodge Located in Northern British Columbia, Canada, the Damdochax River is home to one of the last, truly unspoiled fisheries in the world. For four decades we have provided remarkable angling for 100% wild and healthy runs of Steelhead, Rainbow Trout, Coho, Chinook, Bull Trout, and Dolly Varden. Damdochax River Lodge offers angling on all 12 miles of this pristine wilderness from its source at Damdochax Lake to its confluence with the mighty Nass – BC's third largest river. Access is by air only. We accommodate a maximum of 4 anglers per week, for whom this river essentially becomes their own private water. It is arguably the most remote, pristine, wild, and private Steelhead angling experience available in BC. Map & Directions
