Tunkwa Lake Resort   Picturesque Tunkwa Lake is world famous for it’s extra large Kamloops Rainbow trout. Located in the sunny southern interior Thompson Nicola region of British Columbia, a short drive from Kamloops and Logan Lake. Tunkwa Lake Resort is both a fishing resort and an affordable destination for bc fishing lodge vacations, known for its friendly service. The only fish species in Tunkwa Lake is Kamloops Rainbow Trout. Trophy fish in the 10 pound class with numerous smaller fish are caught each year. Guests can bring their own boats or rent one from our fleet of large clean powerboats. As a reminder, the lake is restricted to 10HP or less.
