Helliar's Resort    is located on Sabaskong Bay, Lake of The Woods, surrounded by the rocky pine forested beauty of the Canadian Shield area.  There are more muskies than ever, and because of catch and release, large fish are even more common.  Walleyes, Lake Trout, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, Perch and Crappies are all found in good quantities. Lake of the Woods being so vast and diverse, you can explore different shoreline and structure every day, and you never have to fish around others . Helliars cottages are now air conditioned for comfort on those hot summer days, and heated for spring and fall. They are fully equipped for housekeeping including microwave, coffee pot and toaster.
