Camp Brule As one of North America’s oldest fishing lodge’s, we recently celebrated our one hundred and twenty fifth anniversary. Such heritage makes Camp Brûlé the quintessential lodge for those wishing to blend the salmon fishing traditions and lore of the past with the catch and release philosophies of the present. The Grand Cascapedia produces a dozen or so fish in excess of forty pounds each year and is consistently the producer of the largest Atlantic salmon in North America. Camp Brûlé remains a fishing camp and in season, one look at the porch tells you this as each new group of fishermen and women bedeck the area with a pot-pouri of rods, reels, lines, leaders and fly tying materials. Today, the general rule is informality and this guides our overall treatment of the entire hospitality side of our operation. Map & Directions
