Macoun Lake Island Lodge Macoun Lake is located 75 miles north east of Missinipe via air travel. The lake is approximately 120 square kilometers with over 250km of shoreline. The many islands and inlets create a perfect habitat for its trophy Lake Trout and Northern Pike. The lake also contains Whitefish. Opportunities to hike, explore, fish, and hunt the Pre-Cambrian Shield are endless. The island camp can accomodate groups up to 14 people. Enjoy a relaxing shore lunch on one of the many islands and an evening barbeque back at basecamp.
